	Ali Oussama Joumaa was injured by cluster munitions found near his home in El Fawka, Lebanon in September 2006. “They were everywhere around us. We knew that they were dangerous and we went to report them, but I fell and my hand hit one. It exploded and my hand was badly injured.” During the first two months after the ceasefire, 35% of casualties from cluster munitions were children.
