Photo Gallery - Civilian Harm from Laos to Lebanon

	Cluster munitions killed and injured hundreds of people during the Iraq war in 2003. 38 civilians were killed and 156 injured in a cluster munition strike on the city of al-Hilla on 31 March 2003. Since the conflict cluster munitions have continued to kill and injure civilians. Due to the security situation in the country, the full extent of the post-conflict harm may never be known.
