Fundraising for Mines Action Canada has a huge impact. Third-party fundraisers help maintain our programs, empower youth and keep the treaties strong.

What is a third-party fundraising? Any fundraising event or activity that is organized, run, and financed by an independent individual, group, or organization on our behalf.

Thank you so much for your interest in fundraising for MAC. We know that organizing a fundraiser requires time and planning so we are so grateful that you want to do this and we will do our best to make this an easy process for you!

You can select any sort of fundraiser or one of our signature fundraising activities - Walk Without Fear events and Bomb Appetit meals.

Bake sales, craft sales, car washes, and bottle drives are common third-party fundraisers. Trivia nights, BBQs, sports games and tournaments and board game nights can be fun options as well. You can ask for donations for your birthday or another special event. Your school or workplace could host a theme day to raise funds.

Before you get started reach out to us or email info[@]minesactioncanada.org to let us know what you are planning. If you want to hold a silent auction or have a personalized donation page, get in touch with the MAC Team so we can get you organized!

Walk Without Fear Events

Walk Without Fear events are a fun way to get active and raise funds for a world without landmines. A Walk Without Fear walk can be as big or as small as you like.
