Mines Action Canada works on six main issues: landmines, cluster munitions, explosive weapons in populated areas, autonomous weapons, nuclear weapons and humanitarian disarmament.

Across all of those issues, we focus on youth, gender and advocacy. These ways of working often overlap and reinforce each other such as our youth programs that focus on young women and teaching advocacy skills on each of the issues areas.
